As with most free services, there are rules and Terms of Service (TOS) that must be followed to ensure that this is a happy community. I reserve the right to terminate/prevent access to any account at any time for any reason.

Additionally:

1. I am NOT responsible for any of the content on this site, not limited to but in private messages, forum posts or user homepages. If something is offensive to you or generally inappropriate, please contact me.
2. If you are under 13, you must have parental permission to join. I am not responsible for anyone on the forum, game or anywhere else, be them under 13 or over.
3. I am making no guarantees that this site will be up forever and availible all the time; these problems are probably related to my webhost.
4. This site logs IP addresses, timestamps, user IDs, the page you're viewing and email addresses, but this information will never be shared with third parties unless action against you is required; in that case, the information will be shared with my webhost or the authorities.
5. I reserve the right to remove bonuses, priviledges or features for anyone or everyone at any time for any reason.
6. This entire game is 'virtual'; none of it exists except on my server or my database; so you will not be able to 'cash-in' your account or get any trade-ins for the virtual money you own.
7. You may not own more than 4 accounts. Ever. No exceptions. Anyone found with more than 4 accounts will have all their accounts terminated.
8. You must report all bugs immediately on detection. If you continue to exploit a bug, you will find your account will be terminated. Please contact me to report a bug. Unfortunately, there will be no reward for finding bugs.
9. No automated scripts may ever be used to play the game. This includes, but is not limited to JavaScript, PHP, ASP or VBScript. The result of this will be immediate account termination.
   1. You are not allowed to use a refreshing program to repeatedly do things on the game. This comes under the 'scripts' clause.
10. You may not ever share you password with anyone else. If your account is 'hacked' or the password changed by a friend, sibling or anyone else, you will not recieve your account back. It is your own fault.
11. I own all data associated with this game, and any content on the database belongs to me, but you still retain the copyright for the data; but I may edit or modify it in any way I see fit.
12. If you do not own the content you are uploading or adding to the site, you may not post it unless you have permission to do so from the author.
13. At all times be friendly on the forums and the game.
14. At no time on the forums may you use any other language apart from English. I cannot understand other languages, and as such, I cannot determine if something is offensive or not.
15. You may not attempt to exploit security holes in the site in an attempt to restrict access, destroy data or otherwise damage the site.
16. You may not advertise any unrelated sites - you can advertise your pet's page on Freewebs™ or something, but you may not advertise inappropriate sites or unrelated sites.
17. The moderators' or administrators' decision is FINAL. If you believe a moderator is being "unfair" to you, please let me know.

Plus, there are some rules regarding the services offered on this game:

1. You may not obscure the copyright notice at the footer of the site deliberately on your personal user homepage.
2. You must not post any vulgar, obsessive, spam-related material, pornographic or other offensive materials on the forum, on your homepage, or in the wiki.
3. You may not post any deliberately inaccurate material on the forum or the wiki.
